About Us


Poultry Products Quality Control (PPQC CO. Ltd.) is a private poultry diagnostic, consultancy and research company in the Eastern Japan region.

It was established by Dr. Hiromitsu Katoh and some private poultry producers in 1982 as a pioneer third-party poultry research institute to guarantee and monitor the safety and quality of poultry products in the region.

Mission & Vision

We believe that voluntary assurance of quality and safety of poultry products is a social responsibility of poultry producers, not only in Japan but in all parts of the world.

We are directly involved in the active development of technology, formulation of management and marketing strategies and innovation and analysis of industrial information, so that poultry producers can achieve their goals, not only in maximizing their profit, but most importantly in the fulfillment of their responsibilities to the society as well.
